Our Services
Battery Fast Phuket provides mobile car battery services across Phuket, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Our services include:
- Car battery replacement — we come to your location, test your battery, and install a new battery if required
- Car battery delivery — we deliver and install a battery to an address of your choice anywhere on the island
- Jump-start service — we attend and jump-start your vehicle to restore power
- Battery testing — we test your existing battery and report on its condition
We serve all areas of Phuket. Response times are typically around 30 minutes, though this may vary depending on traffic conditions, time of day, and your exact location.
Quotes & Pricing
Prices given over the phone or via LINE are estimates based on the information you provide about your vehicle and battery type. The final price will be confirmed by our technician on arrival, before any work is carried out. You are under no obligation to proceed if the final price differs from your expectations.
Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept cash (Thai Baht), bank transfer, and PromptPay. We do not currently accept credit or debit cards on site. Pricing is transparent — we do not charge tourist surcharges or hidden fees.
Service & Workmanship
Our technicians are experienced in car battery installation and will take reasonable care of your vehicle throughout the service. We supply genuine batteries from reputable brands including 3K, FB, Yuasa, Amaron, GS, UPlus, Leoch, and will advise you on the most suitable option for your vehicle's make and model.
If our technician determines that your vehicle's issue is unrelated to the battery (for example, an alternator or electrical fault), we will advise you accordingly and not charge for parts you do not need.
Battery Warranty
New batteries supplied by Battery Fast Phuket carry the standard manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand (typically 12 to 24 months for most models). Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, which generally exclude damage caused by misuse, improper charging, or electrical faults in the vehicle.
If you experience a problem with a battery we supplied, please contact us and we will assist with the warranty claim process. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf where possible.
Jump-Start Limitations
A jump-start is a first-response measure that may restore power to your vehicle long enough for you to reach a workshop or for us to diagnose the problem further. However, a jump-start is not guaranteed to succeed in all circumstances.
If your battery has failed completely, if there is damage to electrical components, or if an underlying fault prevented the battery from holding charge, a jump-start alone may not resolve the situation. In such cases, our technician will explain the likely cause and recommend the appropriate next step, which may include battery replacement.
We do not charge a call-out fee if a jump-start attempt is unsuccessful and you choose not to proceed with a replacement.
Limitation of Liability
Battery Fast Phuket will exercise reasonable care and skill in carrying out all services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing faults, damage, or defects in your vehicle that are unrelated to the battery service
- Losses arising from delays in arrival due to circumstances outside our control (traffic, road conditions, weather)
- Any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from a vehicle breakdown
Our total liability in connection with any single service engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that engagement.
Cancellations
You may cancel a service request at any time before our technician arrives, at no charge. If our technician is already en route and you cancel, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out fee to cover travel costs. We will always discuss this with you before raising an invoice.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service request at our discretion, for example if the location or conditions are unsafe. In such cases we will inform you as soon as possible and will not charge any fee.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
